Hi happy new year to all. This is new year special rangoli. It is a peacock rangoli. The peacock looks beautiful with feathers of multicolours.

       Here I have a drawn a peacock and gave peacock green to the neck part and dark green to the feathers and with multi colour combination and brown colour to the legs. Apply red colour to the nose. Finally draw the outline with white rangoli powder.

       On one side of the peacock I have drawn a simple flower design and creepers and on the other side Happy new year wishes. On the top of the peacock draw border as you wish. Now our beautiful design is ready. Thank You.

STRAWBERRY BUNCH RANGOLI

                Hi this is strawberry bunch rangoli. It consists of 6 strawberrys  attached with creepers and with flowers and leaves. This is very easy to draw and looks very attractive.

               After completing drawing fill it with appropriate colour combinations and finally complete outlilne with white rangoli powder.

PARROT RANGOLI

   

                Hi this is parrot and umbrella rangoli. Here a parrot is standing on the stem of a tree and holding an umbrella. This is very simple to draw. Children feel happy by seeing these type of rangolis at their houses.

               First draw design on the floor and apply colours to it. I gave green colour to the parrot and multicolours to the umbrella, green colour to the leaves, blue and pink colours to the flowers. Now complete the outline with white rangoli powder. Now our design is completed.

              Now as a final step draw borders as you like and apply colours to it. Here I gave simple flower design as border on one side of the design.

DOG CARTOON RANGOLI

         Hi this is cute little puppy rangoli. Here the dog is hiding inside the drum and looking outside.
These type of rangolis are very natural to see. We can draw any type of images as rangolis.

        Asusual draw design on the floor and start applying colours. I gave brown colour to the puppy and two colours to the drum and around it I have drawn some grass and light green colour is applied  to it. After that complete the whole drawing with white rangoli powder.

       After that draw borders as you like. Here I gave little flower design and leaves on the three sides of the figure. Thanks for watching.

LITTLE BOY RANGOLI

   


           Hi this is special boy rangoli. Here in this rangoli the boy is playing with balls. This is a free hand rangoli. We can draw any type of images as rangolis. The main thing we have to concentrate on drawing and colour combinations.

           I   have drawn outline with chalk piece and after that apply colours as we wish and as a final step draw outline with white rangoli powder to cover the unevens in the rangoli and as well as to look beautiful.

         After that I have drawn simple flower design on the three sides of the boy as border. If we like we can apply colours to the borders also.

BUTTERFLY RANGOLI

      Hi this is simple butterfly rangoli. Here I have drawn two butterflies. I gave two different colours to the butterflies. At the centre orange colour is applied. The feathers are drawn with two colour combinations. After applying colours draw outline with white rangoli powder.

RAT BEATING DRUM CARTOON RANGOLI

        Hi this is another type of cartoon rangoli.The main theme of this rangoli is  a rat beating drum. This is very simple to draw. The colour combinations depends on our wish and availability of colours

.

        We can change  the figure as we wish. For suppose we can draw a girl, cat, dog instead of rat to beat the drum. Any one looks beautiful for this.

        After completion of the drawing fill it with appropriate colours. And then complete it with white rangoli powder to make it even. Now our design is completed. We can draw borders as we like.           Hi this  is cartoon cat and aeroplane rangoli.  Here in this rangoli the cat is sitting in an aeroplane and simply flying in the sky and watching nature. These type of rangolis are very attractive to draw at our homes.

SPECIAL DAILY RANGOLIS

SPECIAL RANGOLIS

    Hi these are special rangolis to draw daily. These are very simple to draw. The first two are free hand rangolis and the third one is dotted rangoli.

    The first rangoli is simply a flower. First I drawn design on the floor with the help of chalk piece and start filling colours. We can fill colours as we like. Then draw the outline with white rangoli powder. The second one is also free hand rangoli.

    The third one is dotted rangoli is 13-8 dotted rangoli. First keep dots and draw outline with white powder. Now draw colours along the white rangoli powder with out totally filling colours. Just draw outline along white line. Then finally the rangoli will look as bove.

GARLAND AND SHAWL WITH BUDS TO GOD

     
      Hi  this is special shawl and garland with buds to God.  Here I used white small buds , big white buds, rose flowers of yellow and orange colour and some leaves.

     HOW TO MAKE SHAWL:

           First take a needle and insert thread to it and make a knot at the end. First insert buds one by one facing bud to one direction. Now our first line is completed. Now start the second step as v_shape as shown in the figure. Complete till the end in v shape. At this moment second line is completed and make a knot at the end. Now third step is again straight line and fourth step is v shape. In this manner complete the shawl as shown in the figure. We can increase the size of the shawl according to our requirement. Now take a thread and make knot at the both ends so that we can tie to the neck. This is very beautiful if we arrange it to God.

     HOW TO MAKE GARLAND:

            For this we need buds,roses,needle,thread and some leaves. Take two strands of thread and insert in to the needle and make a knot athe end.First stitch big size buds at the two sides and stitch some and leaves as shown above. Now take away the needle and insert the needle to one thread so that we get two lines as above. Now take away the stem of the buds and insert one by one upto 15 buds. In the same way complete the second line also. Now again take away the needle and insert two strands of thread to the needle and again stitch roses and leaves.And afterwards insert some buds. Now one side is completed. Take away the needle and repeat the same process on the second side also.

      HOW TO MAKE BASE OF THE GARLAND:

           For the garland above  I made it with three lines. First take a small thread and insert it to the needle and make a knot. first stitch yellow rose flower at the end and some leaves and afterwards stitch 7 buds. Now one line is completed. Now take away the needle and complete the other two lines.Now tie the three threads together and make knot at the middle of the garland combining these lines. Now our garland is ready.

LATEST THREAD BANGLE SET

      Hi this is latest model thread bangle set. This is 24 bangles set. There are four big orange colour bangles two at the ends and two at the middle. Four pink coloured bangles and four gold colour bangles, six orange colour thin bangles and six pink colour thin bangles.

     Thread bangles are the latest trend going on. Every one is trying to make thread bangles. Just I am giving the idea how to make sets.

    The colour depends on our dress code. The colour combinations we can make according to our dress colours. Here I make this set with three colours according to the dress. Hope all will try this. Thank U.

CORNER FLOWER RANGOLI

              Hi this is corner flower rangoli. This is semicircle in shape  on one side and on the other side we can keep any idols, dolls according to the occassion.

              Here I used different colour flowers for this. There are totally 6 layers  on the design.
 
 1. Yellow colour marigold petals
2.  white flowers
3.  Violet flowers
4.  Orange marigold flowers
5.  White petals
6.  Orange marigold petals

           In this manner arrange one after another as shown in the figure.  On the fifth layer place some leaves at equal distances and place violet colour flower on the top of each flower. Now our design is ready.

RANGOLI WITH FLOWERS

           Hi this is simple circular flower rangoli. Here I used marigold flowers, rose petals, leaves , hibiscus flower and white flowers for this.

          First arrange white small flowers at the centre and place a hibiscus flower at the centre and place marigold yellow flowers around inner circle and around it place leaves as shown in the figure.
 
         Around the leaves place rose petals in a circular manner. Now place the buds as the outer layer as shown in the figure at equal distances. Now our design is ready.

FLOWER RANGOLIS

   
          Hi  today I posted two different models of flower rangolis. One in circular shape and another in triangular shape. Flower rangolis brings extra brightness to our houses. This is one of the old traditions of India. This rangolis may be  drawn in different varieties depending on our creativity.

         These flower rangolis may be drawn in circular, triangular , square shapes etc. Here I gave two models. In my previous models I gave square shaped rangolis. For these rangolis we have to collect flowers, design and models.

         Here I used rose flower petals of different colours,lilly flowers, leaves and marigold flowers for design. We can use any type of flowers for this.

        

FLOWER RANGOLI

 

            Hi this is simple flower rangoli. The rangoli is in flower shape with four corners. Here I used rose petals,white flowers, white buds, marigold flowers and some leaves.

           First  think of the desired design and start decorating flowers. This type of rangolis brings natural look if we decorate at our homes.

          First I draw a flower shape design with four sides and the outline is filled with rose petals. The inner part is filled with white flowers and keep a marigold at the centre. Now keep marigold flowers on four corners and decorate the upper part with white buds as shown in the figure.

        On the centre of each side place a leaf and a marigold flowers on four sides. Around the centre marigold flower decorate it with pink colour hibiscus petals to make it beautiful.

FINGER ART RANGOLI 2

     


           Hi this is another finger art rangoli. This can be draw in a simple way by selecting design. Here I used four colours for this and white rangoli powder.

         First draw a square at the centre and fill it with green colour and keep white dots around it with white powder.Draw four flowers at the centre of each line of the square. Fill it with violet colour and draw orange color buds on each flower.

        In between the two flowers draw buds and fill it with red colours.Now with finger draw impressions on the red colour buds. Complete the design with white powder where ever necessary.
Now our designer finger art rangoli is ready.

FINGER ART RANGOLI

      Hi this is a finger art rangoli. This is very unique to see and draw. Here I used five colours for this. This type of rangolis take very little time to draw. No need to use white rangoli powder for this. Only with rangoli colours we can draw this.

     For this no need to draw design on the floor it depends on creativity. First I have pour a little amount of light green colour at the centre. Now with one finger make it as circle and by moving side by side finger we get the centre flower.

    Draw buds on four sides of the flower and fill it with orange colour. Now take a ear bud draw a line at the centre and draw lines horizontally side by side on either side of  the line with ear bud. Now it looks like a leaf. Complete the four sides like this.

    At the four corners draw blue colour flowers repeating the same process as on the above. Draw two green leaves on top of  blue flower on four sides and keep a yellow dot at the centre of each flower.

   Now our design is completed. It looks very beautiful after completed. Hope all will try this. Thank You.   

FREE HAND RANGOLI

 

        Hi this is free hand rangoli. Only four colours are used for this. Green,yellow,pink,blue colours and white rangoli powder. This is very simple to draw.

        Draw design on the floor with chalk piece and apply colours to it. The design consists of 9 circles overlapped on each other in a manner. The centre circle is filled with blue colour and all the over lapped parts are filled with yellow colour. The corner circles are filled with green colour and remaining circles is filled with pink colour.

        Now filling colours is completed. Now with white powder complete the outlines as shown in the figure.Now our design is ready.Hope all will try this. Thank U.

POSTER RANGOLI 3

        Hi this is another variety of poster rangoli. Here I used tirbal people concept. This is very simple to draw. Here the main theme is tribal people are carrying pots on their head and walking at the street.


       First draw a rectangle and fill it with pink colour. Using a finger outline the rectangle in a zigzag way. so that we get the design in a variety manner. Now draw the desired figure on the background colour. Here I make tribal women carrying pots on their heads and walking.

VARIETIES OF GARLANDS

Hi today I posted different  flower garlands which we can make easily at home. These are very expensive if we buy from the market. so with little idea we can easily make them at home.

         We can make garlands with any type of flowers but the  flower must be some what thick.We can make garlands with roses, buds, marigold and leaves. First we have to get an idea to make garland, what type of flowers and what length we want. This is the basic idea.

        First we have to select flowers according to our requirement and also  the colour combinations.
After selecting desired flowers we can easily sew the garlands according to our wish.

       Today I gave five  garlands of different varieties with different flowers and leaves. The bases of  of these garlands are different. In the fourth garland the base is in a different manner with five hangings which is made of roses, buds and some leaves.

GARLAND 4

           Hi this is a special rose petal garland. This is special garland to decorate for photos or even for marriages. The colour combinations depends on our wish. We may stitch these garlands with dress matchings also. These garlands are very special to see.

         For this we need roses of different colours, needle and thread.  Take four strands of  thread to a needle so that it will be strong. First remove the rose petals of two different colours from the flowers according to our requirement. Make a knot at the end and start stitiching.

        Take four roses of different colours and start stitiching one by one as shown in the figure.
Now cut the thread at the top to make it in to two partitions. Now take the needle at one side and start stitching rose petals. Take a rose petal and bend it in to half and insert into the needle.

        Repeat the same process upto two cms and take another colour rose petals and repeat it for about 2cms and again pink petals and again orange petals. Now one side is completed.

        Now take the thread at the other side and repeat the same process. The size of the garland depends onour requirement. We can also use three different colour petals also for this.

GARLAND 3

           Hi this is huge buds garland. This looks very beautiful if we decorate it to any photo or God.
These type of garlands are very expensive in the market. So we can make this at home with little cost.

           For this we need buds,roses,leaves,thread and needle. Take the measurement of the photo and take thread as per the measurement. Take a large needle and take four strands of thread to it. Make a knot at the end.Now start stitching rose flowers at the bottom. After stitching four roses cut the thread at the needle part to make it in to two partitions.

          Now take needle and insert thread at one side. Start stitiching buds roundly as shown in the figure.Make four partitiions of white buds and insert roses and leaves in the partitions. Insert 20 buds at the top of the partitions. Now one side is completed.

         Now removethe needle and insert thread in to the second side and repeat the same process.
Only we have to observe is that we have to insert roses at equal distances on both sides. Now our garland is ready to decorate.

CARTOON RANGOLI 3 (SNOWMAN RANGOLI)

     Hi this is simple snowman cartoon rangoli. This is very simple to draw. I used multiple colours for this.  It will look beautiful if we draw at our houses.

    First draw the desired design and start applying colours. I used yellow colour to the total body,blue and pink colour to the cap and red colour to the scalp. After completing filling colours complete the whole design with white rangoli powder. Apply blue colour to the eyes and orange colour to the nose. Now our design is completed.

GARLAND 2

 


          Hi this is special buds,roses,marigold garland. These type of garlands we can offer to God or to decorate our elder people photos.  These garlands looks beautiful. As we see from far they will look like real beads garland.


         For this we need buds, roses, marigold,leaves , needle and thread. First take a  big needle and take two strands of thread to it and make a knot at the end. Take marigold flower,violet flower, rose flower and leaves and arrange them in  a line as shown in the figure.

       Now cut the thread at the needle to make it in to two partitions for two lines. Insert the needle to the first side and start stitching buds. At some distance of about 3cms insert three leaves and two rose flowers and again three leaves.

       Again start stitching white buds and again roses and again white buds up to our desired height. Now  remove the stem of the bud and insert the top part of the bud as shown in the figure. Now one side is completed.

      Now take the needle to the other side and repeat the process. The only thing we have to do is we have to maintain equal distances on two sides. Now our garland is ready to offer God. Hope all will try this. Thank You.

CARTOON RANGOLI 2

                Hi  this is a special cartoon rangoli in which a mickey mouse is carrying an umbrella. We can draw different cartoons on rangoli. Just we need an idea to draw.

                Draw the design on the floor with the help of chalk piece and start applying colours. The colour combinations gets beautiness to the rangoli.Here I used many colours for this. I applied green and orange colours to the umbrella and violet colour to the stick.

               I applied yellow colour to the face and hands blue colour to the shirt and green colour to the socks and  pink colour to the eyes.  Now our colour filling is completed.

              Now complete the outline of the whole drawing with white rangoli powder. Now our design is completed.

CARTOON RANGOLI 1

               Hi  this is special cartoon rangoli. These rangolis get extra attraction to our houses if we make at homes. Children will feel happy by seeing these cartoons at the homes.

               There are many cartoon like doroman, choota beem, snowman, angel etc to draw. We can even make animal cartoons also.  First we have to draw our desired cartoon on the floor  and start applying colours. The colour combinations depends on our will and wish.

RANGOLI WITH FLOWERS

 

           Hi this is a special rangoli with flowers. These type of rangolis bring extra beautiness to our house if we make this at homes. For this only we need some idea and flowers.

          First collect different types of flowers and start drawing design. After completion of design start filling flowers from the centre. Place the stand diya at the centre and around it fill with marigold petals and after that green leaves and after that multicoloured flowers.

       

Now take orange colour marigold petals and make partitions around that circle. In between the partitions fill with rose colour petals and again the outer circle is filled with green leaves and keep marigold flowers at equal distances on the outer circle.

    Now light the diyas and place them on the each partitions of rose flowers. Now our design is completed. This is well and good for diwali festival. Hope all will try this. Thank You.

GARLAND 1

          Hi today I posted special garland in which it was made from flower buds. It looks beautiful if we decorate to God in temples or even in our houses. These buds looks like beads from far distance.

         For this we need thread,needle, some buds, leaves and rose flowers of different colours. Take a needle and also take four strands of thread to it  of about half metre. Insert the thread in to the needle and keep a knot at the bottom.
 
        Take orange,yellow and rose colour roses and start insertng in to the needle. on the top of three roses tie some leaves. Now our base is ready.Now cut the thread in to two pieces at the top so that it will divide in to two parts for two sides.

       Now we get four strands on each side. Take the needle to one thread among four strands and start tieing buds of about 5cms. Repeat the process for remaining three threads. Now we get four lines as shown in the figure.

Now take away the needle and combine four threads and insert leaves, rose flowers and again leaves as shown in the figure. After repeat the same process again for about 5cms. Like this we repeat for three layers and combine four threads and insert some buds for about 5cms combining all threads. Now one side garland is ready. Now take away the needle and the repeat the same process on the other side.

        Now our beautiful garland is ready. We may take marigold flowers instead of roses depending on the availability.Thank You.

LILLY FLOWER RANGOLI

             Hello this is another type of flower rangoli. Here I used rose flowers, marigold flowers and lilly flowers. This is small flower rangoli but looks beautiful.

             As usual first draw the design on the floor with chalk piece and start arranging flowers.
This is very simple to draw and only we need flowers. At the centre fill with rose petals and on the corners arrange lilly flowers in a circular manner and keep  a marigold at the centre and keep a rose flower on the top of it. Repeat this process on the four sides.

            At the middle of each side arrange lilly flowers in three lines  on four sides and arrange marigold petals as circles and keep a rose flower at the centre.

           Now place a  white flower at the centre. Now our design is completed. We can also use orange colour rose petals instead of rose colour petals. Only we need to set colour combinations.

DIWALI RANGOLI

       Hi this is a diwali special rangoli. Diwali is festival of lights. In every house all will light diyas as an indication of  Laxmi pooja. Different rangolis are drawn with rangoli powders and with flower decorations.

      These lighted diyas look beautiful if we decorate in flower decorations. Here I used 6 diyas for this design and multicoloured flowers namely rose petals, yellow and orange marigold petals,pink and orange coloured flowers.

      First draw the design on the centre of the hall for Laxmi pooja.  The inner circle is filled with rose petals and the outer circle is partitioned  into 6 parts with yellow marigold petals and the inner space is filled with green leaves.

     The outline of the outer circle is filled with orange and pink colour flowers. Above on the partitioned line marigold flowers are decorated in cone shape and keep a yellow colour marigold flower is kept on each cone.

     Finally decorate the rangoli with lighted diyas on 6 sides. Finally our beautiful design is completed.

DIWALI DIYAS RANGOLI

              Hi happy diwali to all. Today I posted special diwali rangoli.  This is a free hand rangoli. Here I used different colours for this. Pink,orange, light and dark green, yellow , white and violet colours I used.

              First draw design on the floor with white chalk piece and start filling colours. At the centre there is a circle fill it with pink colour and around that is filled with violet colour. There are four flowers in this rangoli and I used four different colours for this flowers.

             In between the flowers some design is there and I filled all this inner design with yellow colour. On the top of each flower some circles is there fill all those with pink colour. From the flowers some leaves are there fill it with dark green colour.

            After filling the total colours draw the outline with white rangoli powder to cover the ups and downs.

           The final step is drawing the border of diyas.  Draw the diyas on the floor in a line and fill them with different colour combinations to make it beautiful. Complete the border with white rangoli powder. Now our design is ready.

MULTICOLOUR FLOWER RANGOLI

        Hi this is another type of flower rangoli.This is very simple to design. Here I used marigold flowers, rose petals,white small flowers , hibiscus petals and some leaves. This type of designs depends on our creativity.

       Place a big marigold flower at the centre and keep hibiscus petals on four sides of the marigold flower. Now place leaves in between the petals and take white flower buds and keep on the top of each hibiscus petals.

       Now arrange white small flowers in a cone shape on eight sides of the centre.Now on top of each cone place rose petals in a circular manner and place a marigold flower at the centre. Now our desired design is completed.

      This type of designs are well suited to learners with little amount of flowers which we can get from our houses. We can also increase the size depending upon flowers. Hope all will try this. Thank You.

FLOWER RANGOLI

          Hi this is a flower rangoli with four types of flowers. For this we need marigold flowers of two different colours, pink colour roses and some lilly flowers.

         After completion of drawing design start arranging flowers. Arrange rose petals at the centre and on the top buds fill it with half yellow marigold petals and remaining half with orange marigold petals.

        Repeat the same process with remaining buds. Totally we get six buds and on each bud arrange lilly flowers in a circular way and keep a rose flower at the centre.Now keep marigold flowers on the edge of each bud and also at the centre.

        Now our design is completed. We can also arrange green colour leaves on the top layer of each bud. This will also look beautiful.  We may also try this with different colour rose flowers, hibiscus flowers and some white flowers. Thank You.
